Welcome to the Old Boys Rugby Team!

Are you interested in playing Old Boys or Old Girls Rugby? The Ottawa Ospreys RFC has social athletes (35 years and over) who are former competitive athletes who want to play rugby and enjoy its social aspects and camaraderie. Social rugby teams are available for those with limited time commitments during the week because of work, family, or other competing demands.

The Old Boys / Old Girls teams provide an opportunity for those who:

Want to stay connected with former teammates and the Club
Interested in remaining physically active while enjoying rugby socials
Limited time commitment to sports during the week

What does the season look like?

ll are welcome to join the Club (all experience levels are welcome). Building an Old Boys and Old Girls Team will help maintain a vibrant and successful social side within the Club and support the rugby community.
