On behalf of your executive committee would like to invite all Ottawa Indians RFC members as well as friends and family interested in learning more about the Club to our Annual General Meeting. At this meeting we will be voting to fill vacant positions on the executive as well as reviewing the 2011 Club year, discussing goals and values for the upcoming 2012 year and any new business that is brought up on the floor.

Please be advised that there is indoor parking located across the street at Minto Place on Laurier ave., an indoor City lot on Gloucester between Bank and Kent and as well parking on the street is free on weekends, of which there is plenty available on Kent, Gloucester and Nepean streets.
If you will be in attendance please RSVP using the attached proxy form to Mr. Dom Coulson – at dom.coulson@gmail.com so we can ensure a seat is available for everyone. Additionaly if you are unable to physically attend the meeting and wish to pass your vote to another member in good standing who will be in attendance please due so by also filling out the proxy section of the afforementioned form. Please note that only members in good standing (paid their dues in full) will have a vote at this meeting. Associate members are also welcome.
